Our Story
Built in Dharan, for Dharan
Hi-Link Computer began in 2013 as a small repair counter, started by a technician who was tired of watching neighbours get overcharged for basic fixes and sold second-hand parts as new. The idea was simple: sell genuine products, quote honestly, and fix things properly the first time.
Growth came slowly at first — one satisfied customer telling another, a school asking us to set up its first computer lab, a local business trusting us with its network. Along the way we faced the usual challenges of a small technology business: unreliable supply chains, training technicians faster than demand grew, and earning trust in a market used to being let down.
Today, that same commitment drives everything we do. What started as one repair counter has grown into a full technology solutions provider — but the promise to every customer who walks through our door hasn't changed.
